- Write clear descriptions of your products and services. This means that the description is grammatically correct, "gets to the point" quickly (succinct) and is interesting.
- Have visible contact information, including your address if you have a physical location.
- Include an easy to understand return policy.
Ask someone with little, or no, knowledge of your product or services to read your description and ask if they "get it." If not, whatever it is that you said to explain it for them to get-it, is what you need to change as your descriptive copy.
